Pitters…

April 30, 2009 at 10:52 am (Theories) (, , , )

So having analysed the typical Pit behavior I think I have found 6 types of Pit people, namely:

1) HXC – These guys can normally be found with an X drawn in permanent marker on their hands. This is their branding and means they will be pretty hardcore (HXC). They seem to be the agro but fearful ones as they will only enter a HXC pit. This is a pit where a circle is formed and one by one the HXC people can safely enter in and show everyone how to fight giants and dwarfs and how to do a round house kick. This is done by throwing punches up into the air and down towards the ground. Generally they seem scared, angry and seem to have just a little too much stored emotion. They irritate everyone that is not HXC. I personally rate them a 2/10 because they bug me and look silly.

2) Punchers – A puncher is what I like to think of as a testosterone filled jock. They are very often also HXC people but who are brave enough to venture into a normal pit. The problem is with all the built anger and also them not understanding the meaning of a normal pit they throw punches with the intention of wailing on everyone. They are also the very first to run off when things get a little bit too intense as after all they are just so full of testosterone that they find themselves wondering what on earth they are getting themselves into. Punchers may also be seen kicking backwards and although they are seemingly violent they are terrified of violence as I found out after getting upset with the one guy and throwing him out the pit, he looked in terror and walked away, hahahaha. They generally bug normal pitters. I give them a 2/10, because they are in essence HXC people who are lost and can’t find their HXC Circle.

3) Stalkers – Here is a bunch of people I actually really enjoy. They add that element of surprise to a pit that is essential to a good pit. They come in groups of 2 or more. One can normally see them with their arms around each other’s shoulders and headbanging. They typically lurk along the edges and wait for a time to run through the pit pushing people and run back to the edge for safety. I like these guys so I give them a 7/10. Not an 8 because they are after all rather cowardice.

4) Pushers – Here are the people that generally drive the pit. They are normally very easy to see as they are the strong stocky type. Their strength gives them the ability to stand their ground and push the other types around in the pit. Pushers are usually the people who keep the pit stable and balanced, when all the pushers fall over the pit collapses and stops. This is something very funny to see. I must give these people an 8/10 because they provide such a vital role to the pit. I believe I fit into this category mostly although I have been known to be a pinball from time to time.

5) Pinballs- Here is by far the greatest bunch of pitters around. They are the ones who follow pit momentum and bounce from one side to the other. They have their arms loose and bounce around. If a pusher pushes them they will assist in running or jumping in that direction. These are the ones who are constantly smiling the whole time. The problem with being a pinball is that they are normally the ones who fall down and from what I have seen they are usually the ones who get bruised. I believe Michael is in this group. Also the women I have met in a pit are normally pinballs, just out for some fun. 10/10!

6) Help Me’s!- Ah Help Me’s! These are seen easily both in and out the pit. They are characteristically the people who find themselves in the pit suddenly and desperately try and get out. You will find them looking into a pit with terror and disbelief. You find that some Help Me’s! willingly go in or get thrown in because they are on the edges. Once in they will cover their heads in protection mode or will cover their chests in protection mode. They can be seen to have expressions of extreme fear and sometimes panic. Generally they are the fodder of a pit and other pitters find them easily and allow them to escape. They are not in pits long and you will hear them say don’t throw me in a lot. I must say Chris is one of them and that’s cool. They just want to watch the pit and enjoy the music. 9/10 for being themselves.

So there we have the types of people in a pit. Have anything to add? Post a comment.

Unemployment

March 27, 2009 at 7:31 am (Theories)

So here is my thought on unemployment. It’s a vital part of the economy. The reason is simple. Shops open generally from 8-5 and working hours are from 8-5 so unless you are purchasing goods for your business you are too busy working to support the shops. So if everyone was employed it would mean that shops would have almost no customers during the week and would have to close. This brings me to the next point. What then is a healthy unemployment rate? 50%? That means half work while half shop. But this is strange because it would mean that the unemployed are supported by the employed and thus the employed give money to the unemployed who give it back to the employed. Now this would mean your economy would be directly proportional and growth could not really occur. Thus one has to consider this carefully. Also my thought is based on a very simple economy as it does not include investments, inflation, death, etc, etc. What you think? Am I mad?

Absolute?

March 7, 2008 at 5:27 am (Theories)

The topic for this discussion came fairly recently when a debate sparked in a history lecture i have recently attended. I was basically the only person that opposed the idea of no absolutes in a verbal manner. The arguement was simple. Were there any absolutes or was everything influenced by mans agenda thus making no absolutes.

Look for me this whole arguement is ludicrus. How can there be no absolutes. The mere fact that one has the oppurtunity to influence something is proof of a central cause or absolute. Let me explain. Someone gets murdered and a certain person is found to be involved. Now that person goes to court and the two arguements arise. One: he is guilty, Two: He is innocent. Now if there was no murder then this whole court case would not of existed and the arguement over innocence would not of occured. The absolute is that someone was murdered.

Another example is in the case of a lighting strike. Now some believe that it was Zeus and others know the science behind it. Now the fact is that lightning exists and thats the absolute!! How can one believe that there is no absolutes. I am not saying that my perception of the lightning bolt is the right one but regardless of my perception, the lightning bolt existed.

Lol and to end this arguement. Someone smart pointed this out to me: “Are there any absolutes?  No.  Are you absolutely sure?” LOL

Well let me know what you think…

Some rantings? Yes some rantings from yours truly

October 5, 2007 at 5:41 am (Theories)

Well it has certainly been a while since i posted something all one of you that read this. The reason? well mainly because i have eight projects due in the next 13 days and basically been working. But now that i sit here with nothing to do i thought i would post something. Firstly let me say that if there is someone out there i do not know of reading this, my work is the intellectual property of myself. So do not use it as your own. Contact me and i shall approve the use with appropriate referancing. LOL just incase someone tries to pull a Bill Gates on me.

Well here is my latest theory. We know that 23 percent of our universe is made of dark matter and 73 percent of dark energy. However we dont actually know what these things are. This is mainly due to them not emmiting any light or any form of raditaion such as waves etc. Now what if the dark matter is in fact just standard particles that are emmitting a new kind of wavelength that we are not capable of measuring at this time. This would mean that the particles would firstly not be able to be seen by our eyes as the emmisions are out of our range of vision and they would not be picked up by any measurement device as said before.

This means that our devices are flawed and that the problem is not in the theory but in the detection devices. Anyway i am still going to do some research into this. But the remifications of this may mean that planets really close to us are in fact orbiting and we dont know they exist because we dont see them at all.

So just think about that. any thoughts on it? You know what to do…
